B. Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to manage and coordinate daily technician schedules in a fast-paced home services operation in Albuquerque.

You will dispatch technicians based on customer needs, prioritize calls, and keep the day moving smoothly. The role requires 1–2 years of dispatch experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1–2 years of professional dispatch experience required.
• Experience dispatching field technicians required.
• HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other home service industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple technicians and a high volume of service calls.
• Experience making real-time scheduling and routing decisions.
• Strong understanding of technician productivity, call prioritization, and schedule management.
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan is a strong plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
