Job summary

ERGOS Technology Partners, Inc. in California seeks a Dispatchable Tier 2 Engineer to balance remote ticket resolution with frequent on-site client visits.

You will handle mid-level escalations, deploy hardware and network solutions, and document outcomes across Windows and Microsoft 365 environments. The role requires strong customer communication, field readiness, and the ability to travel within the Southern California region, with regular site dispatches to support diverse client

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical support in an MSP/service desk environment.
• Strong field support and on-site troubleshooting experience.
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Active Directory, Office 365, and basic Windows Server administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 & 2 support via phone, remote, and on-site dispatch; handle escalated tickets and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripherals.
• Conduct frequent hands-on field work for workstation setups, network device installations, and site visits in Southern California.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across Windows/macOS and Microsoft 365 services; assist with basic network maintenance and VPN connectivity.
