NiSource is seeking a Dispatch Work Coordinator to reconcile IC initiatives related to regulatory, compliance, and company requirements. You will support job order creation, scheduling, and contractor management, working with leadership to improve IC processes and data reporting.
The role emphasizes high data quality, proactive communication, and the ability to deliver clear, insightful reports to internal partners and external stakeholders, with a focus on cross-functional utility operations.
Onsite 5 days per week Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm
The Dispatch Work Coordinator will be responsible for reconciliation of NiSource initiatives supported by the IC and related to various regulatory, compliance, and company requirements that must be met in relation to job order creation, customer satisfaction, scheduling, and contractor management.
Works with IC Leadership to enhance IC related processes in order to better support our internal business and field partners. Develops, runs, and analyzes reports regarding performance measures, trackers, IC regulatory initiatives, etc. Develops and utilizes databases and spreadsheets to track key IC projects Designs, codes, tests, and documents all new or modified IC systems, processes, and programs Reviews current processes and initiatives in order to gain efficiencies where possible. High level of data quality and reliability Effective data analysis and management reporting Proactive communication with key internal and external stakeholders Professional, useful, and understandable reports and graphics Collaborative work relationships that focus on both the quality of the technical solution as well as organizational acceptance
