Job Summary

The Clearance Coordinator supports the safe, reliable, and efficient execution of work on the gas system by coordinating operational activities between Gas Control, Gas Operations, contractors, and other stakeholders. This role is responsible for planning and managing work schedules, supporting emergency response efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Opportunities exist at multiple levels within this job family, with responsibilities ranging from supporting daily operations to leading complex clearance activities, cross-functional projects, and process improvement efforts.


Essential Functions


  • Coordinate and manage clearance-related activities supporting gas system operations.

  • Collaborate with Gas Control, Gas Operations, contractors, and suppliers to ensure work is planned and executed safely.

  • Monitor schedules, work activities, and operational priorities to support efficient workflow execution.

Preferred Additional Qualifications


  • For Position Gas utility experience.

  • Experience with compliance, auditing, or operational risk management.

  • Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

  • Project management experience or training.

Salary Range

Salary Range*: $69,900.00 - $123,200.00 *The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity.
