Job summary

Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor in Berkeley, IL to coordinate shipments and supervise Class A drivers. The role requires managing daily dispatch operations, customer communication, and driver performance to ensure safe and reliable service.

The position is on-site with a 45–50 hour work week, rotating after-hours and weekend on-call. Base pay ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 annually, reporting to the Director of Trucking Operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in transportation, dispatch, or trucking operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transportation and dispatch operations, ensuring customer needs and driver performance are met.
• Coordinate pickup/delivery schedules with customers and drivers.
• Monitor shipments and provide timely status updates to customers.
