Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers on routes daily.
• Track and resolve rush or missing tickets and issues.
• Manage driver pick tickets and vehicle manifests.
• Communicate with external customers to provide high-quality service.
• Run reports using the GPS system and monitor operations.
• Manage time-off requests and Kronos scheduling.
• Schedule vehicle maintenance and coordinate with mechanics.
• Ensure DOT paperwork and driver compliance are in order.
• Oversee new hire paperwork and driver training.
• Handle vehicle tags, keys, inspections, and emissions as needed.
• Maintain vehicle records and filing systems.
