Job summary

The role requires FMCSR knowledge, US/Canada geography awareness, and at least a high school diploma; typing 25 wpm is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FMCSR and U.S./Canada geography.
• Proficiency with MS Office and AS-400 systems.
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate professional communication with our drivers over the phone and AS-400 systems.
• Perform essential AS-400 functions to maintain our computer systems.
• Communicate issues with internal and external customers.
• Complete thorough documentation of all issues involving drivers and loads.
• Perform regular fleet scans to proactively catch and correct issues.
• Ensure a high level of on-time service is maintained.
