Tech9 is seeking a Dispatch Specialist to be the communication hub of the office, keeping daily operations organized, responsive, and professional. You will manage incoming requests, coordinate schedules, support the field team, and maintain accurate job records.

In a fast-paced, software-driven environment, you will navigate CRM systems, handle multiple channels, and ensure timely follow-up on estimates and post-service feedback to sustain a high standard of customer care.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or service operations is preferred.
• Able to multitask and adapt to real-time schedule changes.
• Strong communication across phone, email, and channels.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to incoming customer communications across phone, email, and other channels with urgency and professionalism.
• Book new service requests and route to appropriate team members.
• Manage daily CRM schedule and keep customer records accurate.
• Coordinate schedule changes with customers and staff throughout the day.
• Follow up on open estimates and incomplete jobs to improve conversions.
• Assist with post-service communication and collect feedback.
• Support office operations as needed.
