Precision Garage Doors is seeking a Dispatch Specialist to join our team in Florida. You will be the vital link between customers and field staff, ensuring smooth operations and timely service.

You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and live chat, route requests, and coordinate appointments. Strong communication, organization, and tech skills are required; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or dispatch is preferred.
• Ability to stay calm and think quickly under pressure.

Schedule: 5-day workweek 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM . This schedule will include either every weekend or rotating every other weekend.

What You'll Do:

What You Bring:

• Prior experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities-you stay calm and think on your feet.
• Tech-savvy with proficient computer skills.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus!
