Job summary

Superior Water & Air Inc. is seeking a Dispatch professional to keep the team moving in a fast-paced environment. You will connect customers, technicians, managers, and sales while coordinating HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work across the operation.

Ideal candidates solve problems quickly, stay organized under pressure, and communicate confidently with multiple departments. Experience with ServiceTitan or dispatch software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to juggle multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure.
• Excellent communication with customers, technicians, and managers.
• Proactive problem solving and accountability in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Answer calls and communicate with customers and field technicians.
• Schedule estimates, sold jobs, follow-ups, and service calls.
• Adjust schedules during emergencies, delays or cancellations.
• Manage technician on-call schedules and coordinate with teams.
• Debrief technicians after jobs and help resolve customer concerns.
• Pull permits and coordinate inspections.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, warranties, and job documentation.
• Track inventory and order equipment as needed.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and support month-end goals.

At Superior Water & Air, our Dispatchers are the heartbeat of our operation. You'll connect customers, technicians, managers, and sales teams while keeping the day running smoothly across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Answer calls and communicate with customers and field technicians.
• Schedule estimates, sold jobs, follow-ups, and service calls.
• Adjust schedules when emergencies, delays, or cancellations happen.
• Manage technician on-call schedules.
• Coordinate with managers, technicians, sales, and customer service teams.
• Debrief technicians after jobs and help resolve customer concerns.
• Pull permits and coordinate inspections.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, warranties, and job documentation.
• Track Quiet Cool & Generac inventory and order equipment as needed.
• Follow up on outstanding customer balances and assist with month-end goals.

Experience with ServiceTitan,dispatching, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services is a plus!
