Job summary

U.S. Engineering Service is seeking a Customer Service Support Supervisor to lead dispatch operations for the Ozark region and collaborate with sales on service agreements.

You will supervise coordinators, manage scheduling, and support continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership, 4+ years in customer service with operations exposure, and knowledge of HVAC service environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• General accounting courses preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in a customer service-related role with operations or accounting exposure.
• Minimum 3 years as a Service Coordinator or Dispatcher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispatch operations, scheduling, and technician assignments.
• Monitor service work orders and ensure accurate client/job creation and tracking.
• Provide escalation point for complex service issues or customer concerns.
• Collaborate with Sales to support proposals, service agreements, and onboarding.
• Lead, train, and mentor Service Coordinators and administrative staff.
• Evaluate processes and implement improvements with CSST director.
• Review reports and analytics to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Support payroll and timekeeping for technicians as needed.
