Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors at a telecommunications and media operations location by following security-related procedures and policies.
• Receive, prioritize, document, and dispatch security service requests and incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor communication systems, access activity, cameras, and other site systems; maintain dispatch logs and shift reports.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, solution-oriented manner and communicate updates to leadership and responders.
• Conduct regular patrols around the premises and perimeter as assigned.
