Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Dispatch Driver in Freeport, TX. This full-time driving role coordinates communications, monitors activity, documents incidents, and dispatches security personnel in a chemical/petrochemical environment.

The position requires a valid driver's license, a TSA TWIC, and at least 1 year of security-related experience, along with strong customer service and computer proficiency. Work hours include day/evening shifts with a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license in the state of employment.
• TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, cameras, and communication systems; dispatch appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders in accordance with established protocols.
• Receive, document, prioritize, and communicate incident information, service requests, and critical operational updates in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor and vehicle information, and other required records in accordance with site procedures.
• Coordinate with site personnel, contractors, and responding agencies to support timely communication and response to incidents and critical situations.
