Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Dispatch Driver in Freeport, TX. This is a full-time, driving security role at a chemical/petrochemical site where you coordinate communications, monitor alarms, document incidents, and dispatch responders.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, at least 1 year of security experience, a TSA TWIC, and strong customer service. Shifts include Day and Night hours; wage is $21.63 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, cameras, and communication systems; dispatch appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders in accordance with established protocols.
• Receive, document, prioritize, and communicate incident information, service requests, and critical operational updates in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor and vehicle information, and other required records in accordance with site procedures.
• Coordinate with site personnel, contractors, and responding agencies to support timely communication and response to incidents and critical situations.
