Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in the job state.
• At least one year of security-related experience.
• TSA-issued TWIC required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check as per law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor alarm systems, cameras, radios, and communications equipment; receive and document calls, dispatch personnel, and relay information to site contacts and emergency responders.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following escalation and notification procedures.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor/vehicle information, and other site records.
• Support patrol coordination around the facility and perimeter, report unusual conditions and maintenance issues.
