Job summary

HomeWell Care Services of Boise is seeking a proactive Scheduling and Office Coordinator to build and maintain the weekly caregiver schedule in WellSky, handle callouts, and match caregivers to clients, based on skills, availability, location, and fit.

You will recruit applicants, run phone screens, schedule interviews, manage client files, enter records in WellSky, prepare weekly payroll data, support billing and AR follow-up, and track credential expirations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a role with real-time problem solving and heavy phone contact: scheduling, dispatch, staffing, busy front desk, hospitality, or similar
• Strong computer skills and quick to learn new software
• Valid Idaho driver's license, reliable vehicle, current auto insurance
• Able to pass a background check and meet Idaho home care requirements
• Willing and physically able to provide hands-on care in an emergency

Responsibilities

• Scheduling: Build and maintain the weekly caregiver schedule in WellSky, handle callouts and coverage gaps, match caregivers to clients on skills, availability, location and fit, keep families informed.
• Recruiting: Source and screen caregiver applicants, run phone screens, verify credentials, schedule interviews.
• Office operations: Answer inbound inquiry calls, build client files, enter records in WellSky, prepare payroll data, support billing and AR follow-up, track credential expirations.
• Emergency shift coverage: Rarely step in when no caregiver can be found, as a last resort.
