Scheduling home care is not a quiet desk job. Caregivers call out. Clients change their minds. Someone's mom needs coverage tomorrow morning and the caregiver who was going to take it just got a flat tire. That happens every week, and no software fixes it.
We are looking for the person who finds that kind of problem interesting instead of exhausting. Someone who can get a call at 7:15 a.m. that blows up the day's plan, work the phones, find coverage, and still sound warm and steady when the client's daughter calls to ask what's going on.

This is a new position. We are creating it because we are growing.
We would rather hire the right temperament and teach the industry.
