Job summary

Beacon Mobility is seeking a dispatcher to schedule and coordinate drivers and equipment across routes and locations. You will relay messages between drivers, supervisors, and customers, and prepare daily schedules and work orders to ensure on-time service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of transportation experience and strong communication skills to resolve issues efficiently. This role supports our Easton Coach operations across the eastern United States.

Qualifications

• 1 year of transportation experience required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles, or equipment according to schedules or requests.
• Relay information to and from drivers and assistants via phone, radio, or text.
• Communicate with supervisors or customers to resolve issues or requests.
• Prepare daily work schedules and work orders.
• Maintain organized records of work requests, charges, and expenses.
