Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Background check must be passed.
• Training provided on Modus systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and promptly respond to driver needs and communications.
• Monitor and promptly respond to passenger needs and communications.
• Monitor and promptly respond to community inquiries.
• Track the location of drivers for efficiency and safety.
• Schedule and assign rides following routing and driver-assignment procedures.
• Monitor trip routes and real-time traffic to ensure efficient transportation.
• Notify drivers of route changes and schedule updates.
• Escalate non-routine rider/partner requests and system exceptions to the Director of Operations.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations and Evening Transportation Coordinator to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain input and maintenance of driver, rider, and trip notes.
• Document locations frequented by Modus drivers in the ride scheduling platform.
