Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows tools; Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• Internship or early career in transportation/logistics helpful.

Responsabilités

• Participate in structured training across dispatch planning operations.
• Assist in pairing trucks with freight to support network coverage.
• Support load monitoring and identify service risks.
• Communicate with drivers and internal teams via phone, email, and systems.
• Learn to balance trailer pools and support repositioning strategies.
• Assist in generating daily/weekly operational reports.
• Develop knowledge of routing logic and time/distance geography.
• Observe and support senior Dispatch Planners in decision-making.
