Based in Twinsburg, Ohio, the position focuses on dispatching trucks, coordinating routes, and maintaining strong customer relations while adhering to safety and process standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced scale house operations.
• Experience in trucking operations and dispatching.
• Proficiency with PC Sales and Tower software.
• Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
• Ability to communicate with contractors and the public; accurate recordkeeping.
• Ability to understand and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch trucks from the facility to well sites and manage material types and approvals.
• Provide ETAs for truck arrivals and update pads as needed.
• Relay maintenance information for truck road calls.
• Schedule residential and CFL routes with supervisor approval.
• Sequence roll-off loads with daily routes.
• Offer customer service for disposal questions and guidance.
• Operate standard office equipment and manage mail and filing.
• Enter daily productivity from driver route sheets.
• Follow safety rules and monitor transfer stations via live video.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
