Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Transportation Specialist - Dispatch Operations to support the Transportation department by coordinating dispatch orders and resolving logistical issues in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless dispatch operations, maintain accurate records in Salesforce, and help improve customer experience through proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• English reading, writing, speaking, and understanding required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of dispatch, logistics, or transportation industry experience.
• Intermediate problem-solving ability.
• Teamworking and customer service skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Sense of urgency and self-motivation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and office software.

Responsibilities

• Support customer and carrier inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Process dispatch transactions and manage transport orders.
• Maintain relationships with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
• Ensure accurate records in Salesforce and load boards.
• Monitor KPIs and support policy development.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
