Flagger Force is seeking an Operation Support Specialist to meet client demand through effective dispatch and job support while upholding our values, vision, and mission.

You will apply SOPs, coordinate with Field Leadership, record incidents, and use GPS tracking to optimize routes. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver timely, accurate field support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply SOPs to daily tasks.
• Maintain positive relationships with Field Leadership for client experience.
• Record incidents reported by field personnel and escalate as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, using escalation/de-escalation as required.
• Monitor dispatch and use GPS tracking to optimize routes.
• Work cross-functionally to meet client needs timely and safely.
