Job summary

Midwest HVAC Pro in Wisconsin is seeking a Dispatcher Operations Supervisor to oversee daily dispatch and service experience for both residential and commercial work. The goal is to ensure the right technician is sent to the right job at the right time, with proactive communication to customers throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience in service operations or dispatch preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with technicians and customers.
• Willing to optimize workflows using technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatching for Residential and Commercial Service.
• Ensure technicians are matched to jobs by skill/location/availability using Dispatch Pro.
• Monitor the service board and adjust as conditions change.
• Identify scheduling problems before they impact customers.
• Own the use and improvement of ServiceTitan tools and other tech.
• Implement new workflows and automations to improve efficiency.
• Track results of process changes and standardize workflows.
