• Prepares work schedules to ensure sufficient shift personnel.
• Reviews dispatch operations and recommends system improvements.
• Operates radio, telephone, computer and other equipment as needed.
• Maintains reports, statistics and records.
• Directs drivers and assigns vehicles for deliveries.
• Establishes service or delivery routes.
