Responsibilities

• Reviews dispatch operations to identify training needs and recommend improvements; reviews CAD modifications.
• Directs activities of drivers by two-way radio; assigns vehicles and routes to optimize deliveries.
• Maintains records and reports of dispatch operations, mileage, and expenses.
• Meets with committees and other groups to develop and update dispatch policies.
