Job summary

Universal Kids Resort is seeking a detail-focused administrative specialist to oversee day-to-day operational data in Maximo and other systems. You will liaise with UKR Partners and Tech Services, coordinate dispatches, maintain guides, and manage equipment inventory.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel/Outlook).
• Experience using Maximo or similar CMMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and dispatches technical trades for non-emergency and emergency issues; documents in work orders.
• Compiles daily/weekly operational reports with multiple departments; tracks attendance, capacity, and downtimes.
• Maintains inventory of assets (radios, cell phones, keys) and distributes equipment.
