Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a qualified Dispatcher for the Kwajalein Central Patrol Station to support the Security/Police Desk 24/7. The role involves staffing the desk around the clock, maintaining journals, and dispatchingSecurity/EMS responders as needed.

Required are US citizenship, an active Secret Clearance, and certifications in 911 communications and EMS dispatch with a 40-hour telecommunicator program. Prior experience in police/EMS dispatch is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have an active U.S. Secret Clearance.
• Must have completed a 40-hour basic telecommunicator program such as APOC/IAED/DoD/PowerPhone or equivalent.
• 911 Communications Certification or ability to obtain.
• Emergency Medical Dispatch Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Staff the Security/Police desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays.
• Maintain Daily Activity Journal.
• Dispatch Security, DACP, 911 calls, and medical and fire personnel.
• Monitor IDS Alarm System.
• Answer 911 calls.
• Dispatch appropriate personnel to locations of IDS alarm activations.
• Complete detailed incident reports when required.
