Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience with routing software to optimize delivery.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Manages, recruits, and hires all Delivery Drivers and Dispatchers.
• Ensures delivery trucks are loaded and operated in compliance with safety standards.
• Ensures drivers are routed effectively to meet planned and unplanned delivery commitments.
• Works with Warehouse Manager to ensure seamless integration of Delivery and Warehouse operations and proper inventory controls.
• Works closely with Inside Sales and Account Managers to resolve delivery issues and reroute trucks.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of the branch delivery area geography.
