Job summary

Senergy Petroleum LLC in Colorado is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage dispatch for fuel, lubricants, and related products, ensuring safe, efficient distribution and strong customer service.

You will optimize manpower, vehicles, and inventory, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with supply chain teams, while complying with safety policies and OTIFA guidelines. This role also requires independent decision-making and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving with strong decision-making ability.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance for fleet operations.
• Familiarity with dispatch, routing, and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Proficient computer skills and quick learner of company systems.
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer all dispatch functions, including scheduling deliveries, developing routes, and driver assignments.
• Monitor dispatch activities in real-time and respond to issues/delays to minimize disruptions.
• Schedule deliveries according to OTIFA guidelines.
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving delivery-related issues.
• Generate orders and support sales team efforts.
• Optimize use of manpower, trucks, storage, and inventory to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with supply chain and inventory management teams to ensure availability and replenishment.
• Monitor KPIs and metrics for fleet operations; analyze data to identify improvements.
• Perform supervisory functions with Operations Supervisor and Training Departments.
• Ensure safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Be on-call after hours as defined by Dispatch Supervisor.
