Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience in logistics, transportation, operations coordination, dispatch, or related field.
• Previous supervisory or people management experience required.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop employees and manage team performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using operational data.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Fuels Logistics Specialists with clear expectations and feedback.
• Oversee staffing, workload, routing, dispatching, and operational coverage.
• Develop daily and long-range routing strategies to maximize capacity and meet commitments.
• Analyze delivery trends and driver utilization to improve efficiency and service.
• Escalate complex operational issues and provide real-time decision support.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service to align priorities and resolve issues.
• Monitor route creation, documentation, and accountability; ensure accurate records.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement processes to improve reliability and utilization.
