Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; able to perform basic math and read maps.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate delivery, warehouse and facilities operations.
• Process sales orders quickly and accurately; set up job information and generate reports.
• Process credit memos and assist customers with will call orders.
• Supervise stocking crews; conduct performance reviews and driver training.
• Schedule and dispatch crews to maximize time efficiency and control labor costs.
• Calculate payroll accurately and on time.
• Train new stockers on safe procedures; complete onboarding paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with VCR program; manage front counter, dispatch, and yard cleanliness.
• Maintain truck cleanliness; perform duties safely and efficiently.
• Follow instructions with limited guidance; demonstrate initiative and self-management.
