Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch operators, drivers, and rigging crews to job sites daily.
• Schedule crews and equipment using dispatch software to ensure efficient job execution.
• Secure routing plans and permits for oversized and overweight loads.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers – answer inbound calls, help size equipment needs, and assist with scheduling crane services.
• Collect and review employee timecards daily and submit weekly reports to the branch manager and payroll team.
• Support the office manager, sales team, and other staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Participate in team meetings, including daily planning sessions and occasional management discussions.
