Endress+Hauser is seeking a Dispatching Coordinator to support accurate order fulfillment and compliance in our Greenwood, IN warehouse. You will assist shipping, receiving, and returns processing while maintaining safe, organized workflows.

You will perform hazmat-compliant documentation, value-added services, and inventory-related tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely.
• Ability to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against POs and packing slips.
• Stage, label, and organize materials for storage or processing.
• Prepare, package, and ship domestic and international orders.
