Job summary

Goodwill SWPA North Versailles is seeking a Driver Dispatch Supervisor to lead drivers and daily dispatch operations for Mission Logistics, ensuring efficient workload planning and real-time execution. You will supervise driver performance, payroll, attendance, training, safety, and asset readiness in a union-friendly, on-site setting.

The role requires a High School Diploma with several years of logistics experience, plus knowledge of routing, telematics, and DoT regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma AND 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Associates degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Operations or related field AND 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelors degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Operations or related field AND 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Working knowledge of routing, fleet management, equipment maintenance coordination, spreadsheets, databases, telematics, and transportation management systems.
• Practical knowledge of DoT requirements, driver qualification, hours of service, electronic logs, vehicle inspection reporting, and incident reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, make time sensitive decisions, communicate clearly, manage conflict, use data, and maintain confidential records.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise assigned drivers and establish clear expectations for attendance, conduct, safety, service, productivity, and communication.
• Participate in interviewing, advancements, assignments, discipline and separations; coordinate corrective action with leadership.
• Address performance and conduct concerns promptly and coordinate with Senior Manager and People Services.
