Goodwill SWPA in North Versailles, PA is seeking a Driver Dispatch Supervisor to lead drivers and daily dispatch operations for an assigned Mission Logistics asset line. You will plan workloads, assign drivers and equipment, monitor real-time execution, and resolve service disruptions with clear communication to drivers, customers, and partners.

Competenze
- High School Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience.
- Associates degree in Transportation or related field with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelors degree in Transportation or related field with 3 years of relevant experience.
Mansioni
- Directly supervise assigned drivers and set expectations for attendance, conduct, safety and productivity.
- Review time records, paid time off, payroll exceptions and supporting documentation accurately.
- Coordinate onboarding, route familiarization, safety training and development for drivers.
- Plan daily staffing, address call-offs and vacancies to control overtime and service risks.
