Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as customer contact for delivery inquiries and coordinate the sales order delivery process.
• Manage incoming calls and respond with sound judgment within standard practices.
• Explain company policies including will calls, added products, and driver responsibilities.
• Inform customers of warnings concerning product hazards, load limits, and weights.
• Schedule drivers daily to maximize service and minimize costs; monitor efficiencies.
• Review next day orders for accurate mapping, travel times, addresses, and instructions.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Promote safety and environmental policy compliance across all work areas.
