Ryder System, Inc. in Vernon, CA is hiring a Part-Time Dispatch Coordinator I to support freight and driver movements, perform data entry, and generate daily revenue reports for the Central Dispatcher.

Ideal candidates possess a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years in logistics or related fields; 3+ years in trucking is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required with 1-3 years in logistics, transportation, warehouse or related field.
• Three (3) years or more experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse or related field preferred.
• Three (3) years or more experience in the trucking Industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Central Dispatcher with the displacement of freight and drivers.
• Miscellaneous data entry and produce a daily Revenue Report and data entry of bills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
