Ryder System, Inc. in Tulare, CA is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator I to support the central dispatcher and assist in daily operations. You will be responsible for coordinating freight and driver movements, performing data entry, and contributing to reporting efforts to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1–3 years in logistics/transportation/warehouse.
• 3+ years experience in logistics/transportation/warehouse required.
• Trucking industry experience preferred.
• Travel: None.
• DOT Regulated: No.

Summary

The Dispatch Coordinator I position will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the operation.

Essential Functions

• Assist Central Dispatcher with the displacement of freight and drivers
• Miscellaneous data entry
• Produce a daily Revenue Report and data entry of bills
• Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.

Compensation ranges for the position are below:

• Pay Type: Hourly
• Minimum Pay Range: 20.00
• Maximum Pay Range: 21.00
