Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of office-based customer service experience.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and reprioritize throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with agents and drivers to find ideal freight.
• Enter orders into the operational system for agents and drivers.
• Provide timely fuel advances for drivers on the road.
• Handle requests for additional advances per procedures.
• Dispatch trip numbers in the computer for agents and drivers.
• Conduct daily check-ins with drivers regarding ETAs and updates.
• Be the first line of support for emergencies and routine issues.
• Assign freight to drivers and optimize routes for efficiency.
• Manage purchase orders for inspections, repairs and tires.
