You will oversee 15–20 drivers, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries while dispatching up to 15 trucks daily. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in logistics, possess strong communication and multitasking skills, and be comfortable with ELD software and Microsoft Office. Larkin Express is a growing and fast-paced logistics company dedicated to delivering reliable transportation solutions. We’re seeking a motivated and organized Trucking Dispatcher to join our team and help manage daily operations and customer relationships for our dedicated operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage 15–20 drivers to ensure efficient and on-time deliveries.
• Dispatch 15 trucks daily, coordinating schedules, routes, and load assignments in collaboration with our customers.
• Account management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, resolve issues promptly, and ensure service expectations are met.
• Provide high-level customer service by communicating proactively with shippers, receivers, and clients.
• Respond to real-time changes, delays, or emergencies with urgency and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and deliveries.
• Bill customers accurately and timely, ensuring all load and rate details are correctly documented and invoiced.
