Job summary

AAA Service is seeking a skilled dispatch coordinator to manage technician schedules and daily routes in the Metro Denver area. You will coordinate routes, communicate with staff and customers, and ensure timely updates on arrival times and delays.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years in dispatch, strong communication skills, and familiarity with scheduling software such as ServiceTitan. This on-site role offers competitive pay, weekly pay, and growth opportunities in a fast-paced team

Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch service technicians to maximize efficiency, productivity, and revenue.
Coordinate daily routes and adjust schedules in real time based on demand and emergencies.
Communicate effectively with technicians, service managers, and customer service representatives.
Monitor job progress and provide updates to customers regarding arrival times and delays.
Ensure accurate entry of job details in dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan).
Prioritize calls based on urgency, location, and technician skillset.
Support technicians in the field with updates as needed.
Work with customer service to ensure seamless scheduling and customer experience.
