Job summary

Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma required.
• 2 years of experience in similar role.
• DPS, SAP and ICs experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make decisions impacting multiple functions.
• Strong influencing skills with peers and employees.
• Proficient with MS Excel-based tools and reports.
• Team-based approach to decision making.
• Facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a high-stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Publish the driver’s daily work board in the Dispatch Planning System website on-time.
• Verbally communicate with drivers about load statuses, issues, and assignments.
• Update the sales team, warehouse, and in-market-operation team on load statuses via email and meetings.
• Prepare paperwork for drivers.
• Other duties assigned for the daily operation of the DSC Traffic Center.
