Role Description

The Dispatch Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Venice, FL. Daily activities include communicating with drivers and customers, updating dispatch and load information in internal systems, and resolving issues related to schedules, routing, or service disruptions. The Dispatch Coordinator also manages data entry related to shipment details, tracks load status, and collaborates with operations and customer service teams to maintain compliance with company procedures and industry standards. The role requires consistent attention to detail, effective prioritization of tasks, and proactive support of drivers and customers throughout each shipment.
