Job summary

Dot Foods Inc. is seeking a Dispatch Clerk in Delaware to perform clerical duties within the Dispatch department and support Supply Chain Analysts for Dot Transportation.

You will manage phone calls, assist with driver communications, and update schedules and data in operating systems while applying lean thinking to improve processes. The role offers growth within a family-owned logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Excellent mathematical and reading skills.
• Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Skills to be successful in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

YOU MUST HAVE

• High School Diploma, General Equivalency Degree, or relevant work experience
• Excellent mathematical and reading skills
• Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Skills to be successful in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE

• Administrative / clerical experience preferred
• Effective professional verbal and written communication skills
