neteffects is seeking a detail-oriented Yard Operations Clerk to support overnight transportation and yard operations. The role involves tracking inbound and outbound equipment, coordinating driver dispatches, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring trailer locations align with the computer system.

This is a part-time overnight position, 25 hours per week, with shift from 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Candidates should have accurate data entry skills, strong attention to detail, and comfort working

• Monitor scheduled versus actual equipment types for accurate reporting.
• Utilize the Feeder Scheduling System (FSS) to review reports and dispatch drivers.
• Enter and maintain employee timecard information accurately.
• Conduct outdoor yard checks to verify trailer positions against computer records.
• Identify and report discrepancies in equipment locations or scheduling.
• Support daily yard operations and maintain documentation.

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Work Environment & Requirements

• Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
• Must be willing to perform yard checks in varying weather conditions, including extreme cold, heat, rain, and snow.
• Appropriate weather-related attire is required for outdoor duties.
