All Maintenance Electric is seeking a meticulous Dispatcher to join our Crestwood, IL team. You will manage data entry, schedule work orders, and support field technicians with quotes and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in dispatch or admin roles, strong computer skills, and excellent communication. We offer a stable full-time role with competitive hourly pay and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in data entry, dispatch, or similar administrative roles.
• Proficiency in invoicing software and data management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Accurately enter and update client information, job details, and other relevant data into our systems.
• Customer Communication: Respond to client inquiries by email and phone regarding work orders on scheduling, parts, completion, etc.
• Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure all data for job activities complies with company policies and procedures.
• Team Support: Collaborate with other team members to support overall office operations and efficiency.
• Tech Support: Ability to support technicians while working on site by helping troubleshoot issues, calling for increases, and communicating with vendors for techs.
• Estimates: Format technician’s quotes in our dispatch system by using their notes. Sourcing parts that would need to be ordered. Working with vendor to get estimate approved.
• Multi-tasking: Prioritize tasks that need to be done such as emails, answering phone calls, morning paperwork, estimates, scheduling, and technician calls.

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented dispatch with good computer skills and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in administrative roles, specifically with dispatching and creating estimates. Any knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or handyman work will be helpful.

Working Hours

Compensation
