CRITICAL CARE TRANSPORT INC is seeking a Communications Specialist in the Columbus, OH area to serve the central Ohio community. You will handle inbound calls, prioritize emergencies, and dispatch the nearest responders while maintaining calm and accuracy under pressure.

Ideal candidates have EMS/EMD or medical background and a positive, hardworking, reliable attitude. This role focuses on frontline customer service and patient care in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle and prioritize multiple in-bound calls.
• Process emergency calls and efficiently dispatch appropriate units.

• Stay calm in stressful situations.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Efficient typing with minimal errors.

Critical Care Transport is looking for hard working reliable individuals who are ready to serve the central Ohio community in our Communications Center. We are primarily an emergency medical response service that has been serving the greater Columbus area for 20 years and rely on our Dispatchers to provide exceptional service to the community we serve. Our dispatchers are the first line in customer service and patient care and are foundational to our mission.
