Harmony Senior Services in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Food Service/Prep Aide to assist the cook with food preparation and presentation. You will manage dishwashing, cleanliness of dishes, utensils and glassware, and support dining room service as needed.

Responsibilities include stocking, sanitation, and assisting residents and guests with superior service. The role requires teamwork, physical stamina, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Good organizational skills and ability to work well with others.
• Ability to stand, kneel and walk for extended periods.
• Must lift 50 lbs and carry heavy objects up to 20 ft.

Responsibilities

• Assist the cook in the preparation and presentation of food.
• Dishwashing area and cleanliness of dishes, silverware and glassware.
• Set up and run the dishwashing operation and keep the dishwasher clean.
• Stock food on shelves and in the refrigerator; assist in dining room service as needed.
• Attend required in-service and staff meetings; provide customer service to residents and guests.
