Qualifications

• Good organizational skills and ability to work well with others as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook in preparation and presentation of food.
• Dishwashing area duty and cleanliness of dishes, silverware, and glassware.
• Prepare and portion salads and desserts; set up and run dishwashing operation.
• Assist dining room service as needed, e.g., pouring beverages.
• Stock food on shelves and in the refrigerator; report problems to supervisor.
• Attend required in-service and staff meetings; provide superior customer service to residents and guests.
